This software is proprietary. It is licensed, not sold.

1. FREE USE
--------------------------------------------------------------------

The publicly hosted calculator may be used free of charge for
estimation and system design work, including commercial project work,
subject to section 4.

2. PAID LICENCES
--------------------------------------------------------------------

The following are enabled under a paid licence:

  - white-label branding and branded PDF export
  - the commercial architecture engine and topology comparison
  - live PVGIS irradiance data
  - authority submission format
  - team workspaces and additional seats
  - plant engineering handoff and BOM export

Terms are set out at the point of purchase. A paid licence is granted
to the named licensee for the seat count purchased. It does not
transfer to another organisation and is not sublicensable.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Without prior written permission you may not:

  - copy, redistribute, sublicense or resell this software
  - decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it
  - remove or alter any branding, copyright or licence notice
  - use it to build a competing estimation or design product

4. NO WARRANTY, AND ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Output is an ESTIMATE. Every design must be validated by a qualified
solar engineer or electrician against the applicable electrical code
before installation or procurement. The author accepts no liability
for systems built from this output.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
--------------------------------------------------------------------

This software bundles third-party libraries that carry their own
licences, which are reproduced in the source files that include them
and are unaffected by this agreement. jsPDF and its plugins are
distributed under the MIT Licence.
